We keep the collection deliberately small. If a residence does not have presence, scale and an extraordinary setting or view, it does not appear here.

With more than twenty years in the prime and ultra-prime market, we work on a small number of mandates at a time: waterfront villas with private shoreline and mooring, neoclassical lake estates with a jetty and boathouse, alpine chalets with panoramic mountain views, historic palazzi, hillside villas over vineyards and the coast, and signature penthouses in Milan, Rome and Venice.

We represent the buyer as much as the seller.
